Pearson edTPA CTE Design Team – Collaborate with educator professionals across the nation to develop the CTE Teacher Preparation Handbook for Pearson and Stanford University

"Teacher-Researcher" Consultant – provide best practices on implementing 21st-century skills and social-emotional learning into teaching practice for the Center for Curriculum Redesign

Facebook Digital Marketing Pilot Teacher - work through the Facebook Blueprint to test content on Facebook Marketing Solutions and digital marketing certifications for students

Teach Plus Fellow – Chosen for a highly selective fellowship of 30 teachers from the state for demonstration of leadership skills and classroom effectiveness. Co-author of the policy paper, "The Mental Health Equation," that informed and aided in passing the mental health bill HB18. Advocated for improved teacher preparation, mentoring, and professional development at the Texas Legislature, op-ed writing, and meetings with legislators/legislative staff that influenced HB3 funding priorities

Texas Teacher of the Year Selection Panel (TASA) - Responsible for helping to select the 2019 Texas Teachers of the Year and speaking at the state luncheon

Freedom Writers Teacher – Promote literacy by engaging, enlightening, and empowering student voice through personal narratives and writing initiatives
